Hosting
We are offering a small exchange/hosting program this year. We will arrange for traveling dancers to stay with local dancers based on availability, needs, and order of registration. If you are looking for Housing, please register early so we can find you the best accommodations possible. To help with this process, we will do a few preliminary listings of roommates. Hotel
We will help you by organizing roommates through our registration system to help people split the cost of the hotel. Registrants will get their hotel roommate assignments, and then they will have to book and pay for their hotel rooms directly, by phone. Registrants may also organize their own rooms/roommates and register until December 25 (or until rooms are all booked, whichever is first) with the SDFX discount.

To make your stay easier, we've arranged a FREE shuttle service between the main venue and the late night venue that will take you back to the hotel. View the shuttle schedule here.
Shuttle Service to Dinner in the Gaslamp District
Vibrant, eclectic, and endlessly entertaining, the historic Gaslamp Quarter covers more than 16 city blocks of downtown San Diego, with over 100 restaurants to tickle your palate. Culinary artists in the Gaslamp practice traditional Italian, Thai, Chinese, and many other styles. With all of the different cuisines from around the world at your fingertips, you'll surely find something to suit your tastes and wallet.
We're offering a free shuttle to the Gaslamp Quarter each night of the event for up to 62 SDFX members. The shuttle will park in a lot located on the southeast side of Petco Park (located at 10th and Imperial), which is about 7 blocks away from the Quarter.
Shuttle Times will be:
- Friday: Depart Marina 5:15 PM; Depart Gaslamp at 7:00 PM.
- Saturday: Depart Marina 6:00 PM; Depart Gaslamp at 7:30 PM
- Sunday: Depart Marina 6:30 PM; Depart Gaslamp at 8:00 PM

- December 15: Deadline to sign up for Carpooling and Housing.
- December 21: Final Hotel groupings announced.
